Bear Essentials aims to provide a diverse selection of professional and business-casual clothing in various shapes, sizes, and styles. We encourage students to choose clothing that reflects their personal style.
Dress for Success:
Dress for Success is a series of pop-up Bear Essentials clothing events around campus. During this event, students can also receive a complimentary haircut courtesy of BSUPD Barber Partners. To learn about future pop-ups, follow @BSUCareers.
Get Involved:
Bear Essentials Professional Clothing closet is primarily made up of donations from employers, alumni, and BSU staff and faculty.
We are accepting donations for new or gently worn professional clothing, including blouses, blazers, skirts, pants, cardigans, suits, ties, shirts, dresses, and shoes. Tax slips available upon request.
Looking to have your company make a difference for a BSU Bear? Hold a company clothing drive! Career Services & Internship staff members will then coordinate a time to pick up the clothing from your organization if local. Marketing materials are available upon request.
Volunteer at one of our Dress for Success events or assist with donations during our annual clothing drive. Students, staff, alumni, and employer partners may patriate in this imitative.
