Media/ Photography Internship

Camp Walt Whitman is seeking a media/photography intern for Summer 2026. The media/photography intern will work to take quality photos day in and day out of campers and staff throughout the day and post quality pictures online for parents and families of campers to view their children while away at summer camp. We are looking for talented photographers who can capture the joy and excitement on the faces of everyone at camp. As an intern, the camp photographer should be prepared to post 100 quality pictures a day and work towards a summer-long project of creating a slideshow encapsulating the entire summer. The photography intern will work as a part of a small team with other photographers and a videographer to capture the pure joy and essence of Camp Walt Whitman and will provide quality content for our social media platforms.

*Some educational institutions require prior approval before the start of an internship. It is the responsibility of the student to check with their institution to be sure they meet any requirements before they accept a position.

*Check with your school’s Internship Coordinator BEFORE accepting the hiring offer to determine if this position satisfies the criteria for receiving academic credit.
