HCC is a national non-profit that inspires and empowers undergraduate students and recent graduates, particularly those from under-represented or disadvantaged backgrounds, to gain experience, mentoring and knowledge of healthcare and public health careers. 

If you are accepted to this program, you are placed in an internship in a healthcare setting (one BSU student worked in the HR department at Mass General Hospital and then was offered a job!), you are mentored by a professional, you learn about all aspects of working in health setting as well as build professional development skills.
